For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: - "Platform": refers to the moioqqrq.com website and all services offered through it. - "User": any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform. - "Investor": a user who participates in real estate crowdlending projects through the Platform. - "Project": a real estate investment opportunity published on the Platform. - "Developer": a natural or legal person who presents a real estate project for financing through the Platform.

Moioqqrq operates as a technology intermediation platform that connects investors with real estate project developers. We are not a financial institution, an investment fund, or a securities broker. Our function is to facilitate the connection between parties and provide the necessary technological tools for investment management. The Platform is registered with the National Securities Superintendence (SNV) under Reg. No. SNV-2019-0847 and complies with all applicable regulations regarding securities markets and participatory financing in Venezuela.

To use certain Platform services, you must create an account providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Moioqqrq reserves the right to verify user identity in accordance with current anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) regulations established by Venezuelan law.

Investments in real estate crowdlending carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: - Risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. - Liquidity risk, as investments may have fixed maturity dates and there may not be an active secondary market. - Risk of delayed return payments from developers. - Risks associated with the Venezuelan real estate market, including price fluctuations and macroeconomic conditions. Moioqqrq does not guarantee returns or the repayment of invested capital. Past returns are not indicative of future results. Each user is responsible for evaluating their own financial capacity and risk tolerance before investing.

By using the Platform, you agree to: - Provide truthful information and keep it up to date. - Not use the Platform for illicit activities or activities contrary to morality and good customs. - Not attempt to access systems, data or accounts of other users without authorization. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Venezuela. - Not reproduce, distribute or modify the Platform content without prior authorization.

All Platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and other material, is protected by Venezuelan intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties. The "Moioqqrq" brand and its logo are the exclusive property of Moioqqrq C.A. A limited, non-exclusive and revocable license is granted to the user to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Moioqqrq shall not be liable for: - Losses arising from investments made through the Platform. - Technical interruptions or failures in the service. - Actions or omissions of project developers. - Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount of fees actually charged to the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved preferably through direct negotiation between the parties. If an agreement is not reached, the parties shall submit to a mediation procedure before the Arbitration Center of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may resort to the competent courts of the city of Caracas, Venezuela.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. In particular, the Platform complies with the Securities Market Law, the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, the Organic Law Against Organized Crime and Terrorism Financing, and other applicable regulations.

Moioqqrq reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof. We will notify you of substantial changes through the email address associated with your account.
